Day 1

• Welcome to Cancun!
• Pick up at the airport, transportation to hotel
• Dinner at one of the best contemporary-Mexican restaurants in Puerto Morelos
• Stay at Alejandra´s Casita

Day 2

• Enjoy breakfast.
• Enjoy Chef Cristobal´s unique culinary view of Puerto Morelos, let him lead you through the best food available in town.
• End the evening with a tasting of the best tequilas and mezcales while you dine some antojitos at Mexico Lindo Cooking.

Day 3

• Experience-Class at “Mexico Lindo Cooking”, Mexican cooking class, snacks, Mexican feast with everything you will prepare.
• After the class you will be going to Valladolid and arrive to Rancho Palchalhal to stay at Chef Alejandra’s Boutique casita.
• At night you will meet with our Chef for dinner

Day 4

• We will do a tour on Valladolid to know about the Melipona bee and try the famous smoked meats in the town of Temozon, Cenote and Mayan food lunch, swim and explore.
• At night you will meet with our Chef for dinner

Day 5

• Unique culinary experience in Yaxunah Mayan community. Interact with the best traditional Mayan cook in Yucatan. Chef Rosalia Chay and her family will teach you how to make tortillas, cook in a “pib” (buried oven) and eat in a Traditional Mayan home at this village immersed in the jungle. Try the best Cochinita Pibil, Panuchos and tortilla.
• Back to Valladolid

Day 6

• Go with the Chef to pick ingredients at the market
• Culinary Experience-Class  at “Mexico Lindo Casita in Valladolid, Mexican cooking class, snacks, Mexican feast with everything you will prepare).
• Afternoon to relax and at night you will have a night walk at calzada los Frailes and video mapping. You will stop for churros and Marquesitas at the plaza and some common street treats.
• Dinner and drinks at top trending bar at Puerto Morelos
• Stay at Alejandra´s Casita

Day 7

• Day at Isla Mujeres.
• Lunch and drinks at Beach Club
• Stay at Alejandra´s Casita

Day 8

• Breakfast/ brunch in Puerto Morelos
• End of the culinary tour *Optional on visiting a Beach club*
